My name's Véga Strypes. I'm a 37-year-old male from Victoria, Australia. I spent most of my youth writing or drawing, and not much has changed since then. I'm a furry (as one may expect on a site like this). I tend to feel like I should have been born (or may have been in the past) a cat. Of course, I appreciate my thumbs and fingers, so I'm not really complaining about the form I've currently got. ;) I imagine it'd be hard to tap away or hold a pencil with paws. But anyway...

I'm a writer. I've got a few pieces published, but nothing on a large scale just yet. I'm aiming to get there eventually. One step at a time. I draw as a hobby. I prefer trades to taking commissions, but can be talked into a trade that may involve art for something-non-art. I don't write stories as trades!

I reckon you guys should check out the galleries of some of my best friends. These guys (listed below) are the reason I still bother travelling to Melbourne every so often. I met them through the furry fandom, but I'm thrilled that the things we have in common go far beyond a like for furred bipedal characters.
