Hello chaps, welcome to my page... Well, what there is of it for now.
Delta Hooves, at your service. ^^ A lover of both the skies I Fly as well as the Seas I soar over and plunge into. This profile has mainly served as a way to post comments and view art but now I think I might just start uploading more art here :)
My art I mainly focus on creating involves GMOD and sfm but I am also a fluent Roleplayer who wouldn't say no to turning a good RP into a story if it goes well enough.
Also please forgive the lack of stuff on this profile, currently using mobile to type this so I've yet to put much more effort into creating this profile more thoroughly.

Sorry for such a long hiatus in my uploads here but while I have been around, life has been throwing me around left, right and center. This unfortunately resulted in much less artwork being created however I hope to change that and bring some more of my works that have gone unreleased to light! ^^
To aid in this and bring some your YOUR IDEAS to life, I am opening up commissions once again!
That said, there are a few rules however to this:
(1) Queue
1.1 I work on a queue system. "First come, First served." Whoever is having their turn will have my full attention in artwork from start to finish.
1.2 Buying a second segment of a previous commission will be considered as a second commission and will be added to queue as such.
(2) Updates / Progress
2.1 W.I.P screenshots can be requested and will be delivered where possible to aid you in getting exactly what you want.
2.2 Changes of mind to perfect a scene are not minded, however completely overhauling one idea to be something completely different at the last moment is not only a move of complete disregard and arrogance, but it is also a waste of time of your commission and those in queue behind you.
2.3 Due to the nature of my lifestyle and employment, there may be delays that can happen without any planning on my part. If such problems occur, the client will be informed as soon as possible and work will continue when able. Any planned breaks or hiatuses will be disclosed publicly in advance.
2.4 Failure to deliver thorough details of commissions ahead of time may result in clients next in queue receiving progress towards their commissions. This does not mean the current client's artwork has been halted, this is only to ensure concurrent progress through the queue as a whole while details are en route.
(3) Requirements / Permissions
3.1 Models in Source Filmmaker (SFM) will be required to create artwork. If there is a model you wish to have modified to meet a requirement, I am happy to do what I can to pair up different models and swap textures but this will invoke a small fee if the modifications are deemed to be extensive. (See Pricing guide)
3.2 While I understand the benefits of surprise gifts, I do ask that any original characters requested by the client are authorized by their respective owner. This is for courtesy of all involved. My own character can also be requested within reason.
3.3 If a desired model is part of a paid content pack I do not yet possess, the purchase of such a pack will be added to your tab, however it will be at a reduced rate depending on price as thanks for granting me access to it (TL:DR, You put some of the money towards the download of that model for my use and I will pay the rest). This will be discussed prior to payment.
3.4 If you have any queries of the commission in mind; such as what models are available or locations it can take place, please feel free to ask.
(4) Payment
4.1 I will require full payment before starting out on work, however if the client wishes to buy the commission in segments this is also permitted within reason and is subject to queue spacing if a part is commissioned after a previous client. (See 1.2)
4.2 Payment must be made AFTER a discussion is made to the nature of the commission. Any payments made to try and force a commission without debate will result in a refusal of service and potentially only a partial refund.
4.3 While donations or tips would be EXTREMELY appreciated, I will at no point ask for them and urge anyone wishing to do so to talk with me first prior to submitting these funds.
4.4 Please only make a purchase if you know you can afford it, this is in regards to your own financial safety and for thorough deliverance of work. Any mid project cancellations may result in only a partial refund depending on progress.
4.5 Any and all payments will be made through PayPal.
4.6 All pricing will be stated in GBP. However, while I am willing to send a price of the conversion to other country currencies, PayPal fees may apply.
(5) Exclusions
5.1 I will NOT create art with the following:
5.1a - Loli / Cub / Underage characters in adult scenes or themes
5.1b - Diapers / Watersports / Scat
5.1c - Excessive Viscera / Gore
5.1d - Anything that promotes an extremist or racial view
5.1e - Anything that is meant for Political Effect.
5.2 I reserve the right to refuse service of a commission that I see as unsuitable or unreasonable.
(6) Communication
6.1 Have a Question, Wish to order a Commission or simply talk? Feel free to send a note to me here so we can talk over it or carry such conversations over to Discord or Telegram.
6.2 Any attempts to throw abuse my way will result in a swift block and ban of any purchases to be made.
6.3 Any conversations held will be kept private.
(7) Publishing
7.1 The release of any artwork made is to be made on the discretion of the Client. This may result in a commission being published either:
-Here
-The Client's Page
-Both
-or Neither
7.2 Any and all credit is to be properly disclosed in the description of the following:
-The Artist (Myself)
-The Client
-Owners of any Characters involved (See 3.2)
(8) Final note...
8.1 Be yourself and have fun ^^
Prices:
£7 for a Single image with a Single Character
+£3 for each additional Character involved (May adjust dependent on visibility in frame per image)
+£1 per character for extensive Model modifications, E.G, Feral to Anthro, Mermaid tails, etc.
Background scenebuild: Dependent on complexity £2-4 per image
Description (Free of Charge)
Writings: 200 words = £0.50
Voice Acting: £10 per minute
