Commission Terms of Service

Payment
100% payment is required upfront to book a slot.
I accept PayPal or crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH).
or Bank transfer IBAN (SEPA, EU only) — on request.

Refunds
No refunds unless I cancel the commission myself.

Deadlines
Have a deadline? Please tell me before payment.
Rush orders available for static renders: +25€.

Queue & Slots
Commissions are completed in the order of payment.
I usually work on 1–3 projects at a time.
Your commission may start after a short wait.
Delivery time (7–14 days) starts once your slot begins, not from the day of payment.
I’ll tell you your queue position after confirming the order.

Work-in-Progress
I’ll send a WIP (pose, lighting, camera) for feedback.
You can request major changes only at this stage.
After WIP approval: only minor tweaks (colors, brightness) are possible.

What You Must Provide
A 3D mode (FBX, OBJ, or Blend)
Rexouium and similar VRChat avatars preferred
Texture files (if applicable)
Reference images or ideas for pose, mood, lighting
Optional: camera angle / expression / props you want
Note: I currently don't create custom models from scratch.

Usage
All renders are for personal use only.
Commercial use requires written permission.
You can post the final work anywhere — please keep the watermark.

Privacy Options
I may post the finished render on my socials or Patreon.
Want to stay anonymous? I can post a censored or blurred version.
Want total privacy (no posting at all)? +20€

Right to Refuse
I may decline a commission if it’s not within my scope or style.

Commission Process
1. Submit form + send refs/models.
2. I confirm idea, price, and time estimate.
3. You pay — I start work.
4. WIP sent for approval.
5. Final render delivered via Telegram, Discord, or any method you prefer.
