Posted a year agoHi! I'm spending quite a lot of time now on sketches that don't look good in the gallery and I'm honestly getting tired of how heavy the FA upload system is. So it's a bit empty here, sorry about that.
I could put together some sketches to make it look a bit better, but I'm not sure I'll force myself to do that anytime soon haha

PAYMENT
•PayPal only
•Payment in USD
• I ask for a payment only when the sketch is done, and you like it.
(if you just want to get a free sketch and leave, please note that with an unpaid sketch I can do what I want and you will be banned)
•Invoice will be cancelled if it isn't paid within 3 days of sent invoice.
•When sums exceed $200, the client is eligible to enroll in a payment plan where the total amount is paid over a period of time.
•Any payment made shall be from a verified PayPal account, belonging to the purchaser ONLY; any violation of PayPal TOS such as shared accounts or fraudulent accounts, such as those owned by minors, are prohibited. Chargebacks from any completed transactions will be disputed, and if necessary, further legal action can and will be taken.
ABOUT PROCESS:
•I can at any time refuse to fulfill the order and return you the unfinished drawing and part of the money (do not worry, this will not happen if you follow the rules) Or I can give up without explaining the reasons before making a payment.
•Time: I try to work quickly, but if the work is complicated or you wait in line (see the TO DO list) you will have to wait a little. if you need art for a specific time, do not forget to indicate this
•Working with endless updates and wips is hard for me. So don’t forget to ask me about WIPs or the process will look like an approved sketch - finished art
you can make any changes to the sketch and only minor changes to the finished work
•if you notice my mistake (and the correct version is clearly displayed on the references you sent me),I will make as many edits as you need for free.
•When pic is done commissioner gets: HD and web png files
•The final result you can post anywhere, but dropping credits of course.
•Also, if you buy sketches from me, you can use it for lining, coloring etc by yourself, or by other artist, but still. Don't forget to credit me as sketch maker.
•If you want to keep your comission in privacy, you gotta pay +50% of total price.
I need to post my art, and update my page at least once in a week, so I prefer to show at public what I was working on at this time.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR WORKING
• Base ref on which all the details would be visible and I could rely on them.
lease be careful and forward the references where all the necessary information is visible, if the reference does not represent something that I need - I will do it as I think is right, even if your gallery has the right example. If some parts don’t depicted on your ref you should tell me how should I draw this
• Additional refs for details, BG, maybe any pic to describe the mood or lighting on image, maybe pose or composition refs (I can’t copy someone’s art, but I can take them as a basis).
• Description of your idea. Specify as much details about your idea as you can: expression of character, background details, mood etc.
• Your PayPal address for invoice.
• If you claim the YCH you can send me only ref, your PayPal and special preferences
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• I hope that this TOS will resolve all disputes with customers before they arise.
• If you are dissatisfied with something - feel free to write to me and I will do everything to resolve the conflict.
• I do not return the full cost of the work if at least part of it is done. If we interrupt cooperation, I will send you everything that is ready at the moment and part of the money.
RIGHTS
I do not claim any right to the authorship of the character, but I remain the author of the drawing, until it is spelled out in the contract of alienation of rights
• All characters on my art belongs to it’s owners
• You can order from me pic with your own character, your friend’s char(you must be sure that he is not against using his character in this way. If there is a conflict, all responsibility lies with the customer), any character from games/cartoons etc
• I will use my art for advertising and examples of my work, unless you specify the opposite (this is OK)
