Price and size are approximate. The completed order may come out a little larger in size, if the toy comes out more than planned, I don’t take extra money, only the amount that we discussed personally.

Payment for the doll is made after the photo of the finished work. During the making of the doll, I will keep in touch with you to make corrections and provide a photo of the work process.
However, if the customer refused the finished product or did not pay for the product within 1-2 weeks, then I have every right to put it up for sale for the amount at my discretion.

Replacement / refund is made when you received not the item you wanted. Returns and exchanges are at the expense of the workshop.
If you violated the rules for caring for a doll or any other action that in one way or another caused damage to the product, then no refund is made.
The product will be photographed before shipping and the photo will be given to the buyer to confirm that the product has not been damaged from the beginning.
