been a lil while, so I thought I'd recap on what's going on with me

I stopped uploading on FA due to the policy changes. I don't agree with how heavy handed and subjective the "minor protection" is, considering I tend to draw small characters that are all, and always will be, consenting adults. It's not interesting to me to be subject to the whims of someone else's opinion on my decisions and intent, but I digress.

I've since become a Twitch Partner, I'm streaming on there regularly, doing art and other stuff. You can come hang out there it's a nice chill time.

As for all my new art, it's being uploaded on my Itaku gallery. I'd like to have an online archive of what I've drawn (that won't be at risk of being deleted) so even if the site isn't super popular, it'll work as a way for people to find everything in one place.

If you're interested in commissions, the best way to get art from me right now is by subscribing on Patreon, SubscribeStar, or Twitch. Every month I put up a form for people to submit to, and I choose a couple to draw. It's $5 no matter which site you choose, but if you happen to choose Twitch, being gifted a sub or using Prime also counts and you can submit a form.

I wanted to give things some time to settle, but as it seems to be that my work likely violates the new rules, I've made the decision to no longer upload to furaffinity for now. My only personal comment on this is that it feels disrespectful to be told my art contains minors by some arbitrary metric when it absolutely does not.

Well ironically right after I posted a journal saying I'm not dead I had to go to the ER and am getting continued follow up care. Turns out I gotta get a surgery soon with 6 weeks recovery and I'm pretty scared but it seems like things will be alright. It's a little tough without being able to get insurance but I'm looking into financial assistance options so I think I'll be ok.

I've had lots of people try their best to reach out of me in the last year, and I figured I should at least say I'm okay and doing fine. As for if/when I'm coming back, well, we'll see. Had a lot of time to reflect and evaluate what's important to me, and I want to continue art in some way. Thanks for all the support over the years. Maybe I'll return someday

Just letting you guys know my overall focus as an artist has shifted to being a streamer! Now what does that mean...

Well it's been this way for a while, but I want to sort of officially let everyone know the best way to contact me or see what I do, and that's on my streams. I've worked really hard to secure a nice pleasant environment for viewers to either chill or be engaged, and I do this by regularly teaching and helping people, keeping my chat well moderated, and overall being informative about what I'm doing and have a nice time with everyone.

As a streamer, my primary income will come from Patreon, so please consider that if you haven't yet! I don't make a whole lot, but I really want to put my focus into being a good streamer and community role model so I'd really appreciate it if you already like what I do.

For those of you who are FA-only, would you like me to be posting stream submissions when I go live? I only haven't been because I wasn't sure how many people are still chillin on here, but if you are please let me know so I can accommodate you!

Hello!

Long story short I had a bit of a family emergency and had to move and see a lawyer and spend a lot of money yadda yadda it sucked

I've begun making a habit out of posting to FA less often than I do on some more social sites and whatnot. I'll generally be posting new art that's fully finished, etc. a few days after its done, but other stuff like sketches and doodles and scraps will probably be posted other places.
