Fang the Latias
It wouldn't be wrong to consider Fang (or Lila) an alpha pokemon, given how large she is, which only makes her a rather giant balloon when blown up like the rest. She tends to act like a brute, but a well place pat on the head or boop on the nose tends to calm her down.
