Terms of Service (TOS)

Please go through pricing before contacting me. Only contact me directly if you are committed to purchasing art.

*By hiring me as an artist, you are agreeing to the terms that will be provided below*

You must be 18 or a legal adult in your country to hire me.

We both agree on a privacy policy that all payment methods, legal names, addresses, and any other sensitive information that may be disclosed during the payment process will be kept private.

As the client you are free to distribute the art piece paid for with or without my permission on various social media websites.

If you want to send the work to someone who creates merchandise for your own personal use. That is allowed.

Mass production of merchandise of the work for sale is not allowed.

Removal of my signature is not allowed.

I reserve the right to end service if I believe the TOS is being broken.

Payment in full is done upfront via invoice through PayPal.

Fees-
I may add the PayPal fee included in the invoice depending on the type of commission.

Refunds-

If for whatever reason on my end I cannot continue the work after payment, a full refund is given.

If client wishes to cancel after payment is done, Partial refunds are given based on the time spent. There is a 50% cap on refunds.

Any reports or cases open through PayPal's fraud system for a refund after full work is done, voids the TOS. Your username and email will be put in a blacklist.

I would prefer if we stick to whatever you see on my gallery. I'm open to new ideas but try to keep these in mind before contacting me.

Workflow -

Through FA you can give me a brief idea of what you'd like, if it is beyond my skill set I will let you know. I will send you my Discord and we'll go on from there. If you cannot use Discord we'll stick to FA, but keep in mind the response time will be slower

We will go through your idea and discuss how everything will be set up. You're free to send me an unlimited amount of reference for your characters or background.

I will begin a very rough sketch of your idea and will send you updates on it. This sketch will be my base and will be refined with each update I send to you. You are free to make any adjustments in this phase.

Once we both agree on the final refined sketch, I will send an invoice to your email for the work. Depending on my schedule Line Art Work takes about 1-3 Days, Oil Works can be up to 1 week. This is not a guarantied time, just an estimate.
