Victoria needs:
Her right hoof to be cloven like the left (or the left to be solid like the right)
Her bra needs to be much larger and angled up farther along the breast line as her tits aren't under her breasts (they'd be about where the name tag is)
She needs clothing or accessory to make her brown colors pop out. While brown skin with brown hair is very common, you don't usually see them wearing white overcoat with an Old Mauve short skirt. If you're going for conservative then do the entire outfit that way and keep the colors mute, but since you're going for the outrageous (given the leave nothing to the imagination cleavage exposure, then you should have clothing and colors that match. As it is, it just looks confused.
Long story short, it looks like you want a professional looking woman. I highly recommend you stay with dark, mute colors and go with an outfit that matches that concept like these: http://modeststyle.kopiblog.com/wp-.....iness_suit.jpg and http://www.fashionarrivals.com/wp-c...../suitskirt.jpg and http://img.alibaba.com/wsphoto/v0/3.....ness-Suits.jpg
Looking forward to seeing more of her!

I can help you with that. I worked in womens clothing for short period of time. I found some videos that are similar to what I had to train with.
Measurements: http://www.007b.com/bra-fitting.php (note that tape measurements aren't totally reliable and how much the bust sags, determines different methods of using tape (if really saggy you must lift the breasts up or you end up with the wrong cup size and problems will ensue.
Videos:
when bras don't fit and how they look: (these are VERY common problems with artists, because many women don't wear properly fitted bras. This is so common that they believe that this is how they are supposed to look).
http://youtu.be/uPwmcA_qmEQ - how to visually tell if a bra doesn't fit (best method)
http://youtu.be/E2-OG6f8PtE (another visual check and shows what to look for badly fitted bras [over bulge, side bulge, wire pokes, strap bruises])
*Also explains how to fix*
Complete video on how to fit yourself. http://youtu.be/FpKQjAOVBwY
A little hard to understand the accent, but useful visually.
Lastly, remember that each manufacturer uses different measurements and you will be different cup and band sizes depending on who you buy from. Your bust size is not fixed in stone and hormonal changes cause fluctuations in both bust sizes just enough to alter the comfort of a bra that felt fine just weeks ago. And each bra style means that you might have to go up or down cup and band sizes to adjust for structural changes. Just remember the back supports the bust, not the straps!.

Hmm, perhaps she's some kinda geologist? Or a biologist studying lifeforms in aquatic areas, even the more inland aquatic areas if you catch my meaning ;D
IDK, I'm not good with unique character development, unless you want me to think up a in depth back story that takes for ever to type DX

Well, depends on what kind of Doctor she is, really.
If she's a medical doctor, she needs to cover up a bit, sadly. If she's a scientist, I'd suggest shoes if she's going to wear hosiery, hooves on the floor aren't too kind to sheer garments.
and dang, she's more stacked than Kay.

In all honesty, I've been a firm believer of "less is more." So I think she looks good anatomically wise and color wise, but there are only a few suggestions I would make:
-the first one is the hair. While it's a good color, I would add something to give it more life. For instance, golden strands that flow through it, close to the same color of the eyes.
-the second one would be to add something to her legs. I wouldn't do markings or anything tribal, but maybe some anklets or something to draw the eye down to them, so that way they aren't locked on the chest (that looks fantastic btw X3)
but yeah, that's basically it.
