What's worse than rank wolf feet? Being under them for so long you practically get flattened into the boot's insole. And from the looks of things, Dash has been down there for a long awhile. Hawke was getting ready to trash his insoles as the smell was getting rather intense, but he found a certain fox he had placed there for some wacky experimentation. Whoops, he was supposed to be taken out a long time ago. Accidents happen though, I'm sure Dash won't at all hold it against the wolf. At least the fox is practically immortal so he'll still be able to write up a fully detailed report on the experience as Hawke will want to know every little excruciating detail.

(Hawke is far too sagacious to ever forget where he put something. In fact he could tell you how long Dash was down there to the exact number seconds and how many steps he endured. But pretending he forgot just makes it all the more amusing.)
