The alien doing an experiment by secretly injected an unaware shrunken human into their body and force them to fight the virus and since the human who got injected don't know where they are, they have no choice but fight for their life with no rebel or anything! It went well in the first pic and this pic will show how they're doing a little more!

Basically, when inside the alien's body, the human group got a few areas they can working with, the first area called the discovery zone, the alien will keep inject some useful shrunken tool and weapon that can harm the virus but not harm their body into this zone and when the humans found these items, they'll make a good use of them!
The next area is the infirmary area where these tiny people will rest and cure themselves, if someone hurt, they'll end up here, this also a place where uninjured people come to rest from time to time!

The next zone is training ground and the lookout area where they're training each other to get better with their weapon they got and looking out if the virus show up or not to get ready to warn people when the time come!
The last area is the frontline where people who prepared enough got senting to fight with the virus! That's all! Not a fancy place but since they didn't know they're in some alien dude's body, they just know they're in a weird place and have to fight with weird creatures to be alive, that's how the alien was planned! Not sure how long these people will continue fighting with virus for them, they're not idiot so one day, they might noticed and find out... But for now, they're doing just as the alien wanted them to do... Poor guys...
