Goodness! What a splendid day for a bucolic stroll through the forest The air is crisp and the sun is radiant, but not overbearing. And, I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect scenic route; I just adore admiring the beauty of nature. It’s so peaceful…so tranquil ~
This better be it, I swear! These lousy warp rings have been acting up lately, and they keep warping me to the wrong destination. Anyway, this does look like the right place, but something feels…off. How come everything seems so…vast and distant? Hold on -- there’s definitely something wrong here. Is it just me, or is…is everything around me gigantic???
Hmm? That’s strange…I should have reached the tall oak tree by now. Come to think of it, this entire path looks completely unfamiliar. Gosh, I wonder if I took a wrong turn from my usual route? No matter, I suppose; I could always just turn back and retrace my steps. And besides, there’s no harm in exploring new grounds. Is there? Of course there isn’t! Life is all about putting your best foot forward ~
Oh, what now? Why’s the ground suddenly shaking like this? It feels like something’s coming! Something…big! But, where’s it coming from??? Focus, Knuckles, you can do this! It’s coming…from…behind me! What the -- MOM?! Holy crap! She’s huge! What’s going on??? How did she get so-o-o-o-OH, NO! RUNAWAY!!!Let this serve as a crucial lesson: never eat barbed wire! Or, in this case, use faulty magical golden bands to transport yourself from place-to-place You never know what to expect coming out the other end Our unfortunate hero, Knuckles, had to learn this the hard way. The brawny echidna may have reached his desired destination, but he quickly realized that he did not emerge from the warp ring in the same stature he was when he entered it Things look pretty grim…when you’re now the size of a field mouse! As bad as the situation is for Knux, it only gets worse for the li’l guy in the form of his gigantic mother unknowingly heading his direction; stomping those colossal feet of hers adorned in rustic flip-flops. Meanwhile, the maternal echidna just so happens to be relishing her regularly scheduled calming walks through her usual scenic route in the forest. However, it turns out that Lara-Le took a different turn on this particular day -- a wrong turn that inadvertently puts her first-born son directly in danger of being crushed beneath her sandaled feet! Will the tragic turn of events inevitably occur? As always, the outcome is left to the imagination of you: the audience ~
