It was an average day for Lara-Le and her youngest child, Kneecaps, nestled safely in her loving arms, as they took their daily stroll together outside. Just then, the baby echidna started to act out for some unknown reason. Lara-Le ceases walking for a moment to check on what was bothering her baby boy. The attentive mother noticed that her fussy child was pointing downward towards the ground with his rattle; something must have caught his attention. At first glance, Lara-Le spots what appears to be some sort of common bug on the grass.
What is it, sweetie? What’s got you all riled up? Is it the nasty bug down there? Does this nasty bug bother you, darling?
Unbeknownst to Lara-Le, this was no mere bug, but her first-born son, Knuckles, who’s currently shrunken and trying to get his gigantic mother’s attention. Unfortunately, Knuckles’ actions go unnoticed from his standpoint, and he’s left unrecognized. In fact, all Knux manage to do was rile up his baby brother even more. As a result, it gave Lara-Le a reason to remedy the situation.
What’s that, honey? You want mommy to squish it? Would that make you happy? Say bye-bye to the nasty bug, honey!
And with that, the misguided mother raises her right foot directly over Knuckles with the intent to squash the life out of him! Once again, Knuckles must rely on his reflexes, as he immediately runs for dear life away from the humongous sandaled foot looming up above his puny presence!
PAGE TWO
Well, that quickly escalated from bad to worse, didn’t it? Despite being generally kind-hearted by nature, it seems that Lara-Le has zero tolerance for bugs, insects, and other sorts of creepy crawlers Why else would she go for the squashing option so hastily? Either way, it spells trouble for Knux Stay tuned to see what happens next, kiddies!
