I've been reading the comments. And there's a ton of them where people talk about the gun that it's "too new" to be a "real" find.
Now granted the pistols very clean but it's not that new. It may be a trick of the light. But If you look at the right side of the pistol there's appears to be some light scratches in front and behind the case ejector. Which would be a telltale sign of the pistil being used previously.
Not only that, the pistol itself is a Glock model 22 Gen 3 pistol. You can tell that by the grip. Previous generation model 22 pistols had the original Glock grip. The Gen 3 model 22 had a more defined grip pattern, thumb notch and figure grooves. Gen 4 and beyond have all had different grip patterns for both accuracy and identification purposes.
As for it being "too new" the Gen 3 model 22 was released in 1998. So more likely the pistol was purchased between 1998 - 2000.
So if this is a true find. The original owner was probably a Y2K or survivalist prepper that eventually lost their house.
The Glock model 22 gen 3 pistol. Is a well-made very reliable firearm.
They can be purchased between $300 -$450 depending on condition and if the pistol has standard sights or night sights.

hi guys dont turn the night vision on with the lens cap off during the day time as it can damage it.
It has a tiny hole in the lens cap to test it during day time to see if its working.
Use only at night time but don't look at bright lights or the moon or an open flame as this can damage it also.focus the eye piece to the screen in the eye piece.
Then focus the large lens to focus on what you are looking at as it does not have auto focus.
It is worth a bit of money depending on the generation of it.
It could be gen 1 or gen 1+ or gen 2 or gen 3 being the most expensive militarily grade.

Okay im not directly saying this is staged but things don't add up. The stuff in the house is wrecked and falling apart. Yet the "kit" is totally perfect and everything is in organized bags. The big machete looks like one I have, cost about 50 dollars, high carbine steel, not stainless, very good. Made by the same company that makes Old Hickory knifes

Gen 3 glocks have been in production since 1998 so i guess it could have been stored that long without issues, i suppose that lock box would have to been sealed pretty well. Could use some basic weapons handling class though.

You can tell someone is lying when they act dumb like every third item he pulled out before the gun he acted like he didn't know what is was he legit asked if bear spray was a gas grenade. That was a dead giveaway. The other thing that gave it away was he said save the bag for last. No one does that in real life they try to find the most valuable items as fast as possible so you open a chest with a heavy bag you're gonna open the bag first its just human nature.

If the gun comes back clear I'd love to have it, I know a gunshop that has an FFL that to use to be shipped to. I have been wanting a .40 caliber for a while now but just haven't been able to put the money together to get one.. Definitely a cool find, I love all the lawnmowers and everything with a small engine, I am a disabled vet and I do small engine repair to take up some of my time since I can't work anymore. I love to rescue old mower, weedeaters, chainsaws and all that kinds of equipment, taking things and bringing them back to life is a great feeling. Good luck in the future and keep the vids coming.
