This is exceptionally disturbing to me, admittedly well done.
Reminds me of a cast metal item I own of the battleship USS Maine, blown up in Havana harbor in 1898 which lead to the Spanish American War. You lift up the deck/lid and it shows the skeletal remains of the crew.

It was made in 1898, I only bought it cause it was the USS Maine, and I'm a Spanish American War fan. Needless to say, I just don't take the lid off. I was told it was a candy dish. I can't believe that due to the number of skeletal remains inside would be a major pain to clean.
