Nah, it's not stealing at all. The character wasn't doing anyone any good just lying there, the people who created him can't even be bothered to remember him, and I have gone out of my way to avoid making money off of him. Unless you can actually prove any kind of financial loss and I deliberately avoid profit, no theft has occurred.
