When one is unsure of whether or not monsters will appear out of nothing, or if one would be safe whilst walking the long path to the pantry in a castle.

Teknoh Stardust was one that was not afraid to walk the hallways, at least if there was some form of lighting going on, but he did not know how to light the crystals properly to turn them on. Even if he did know, he did not want to awaken the monster that was the lord of this castle, or the twisted son of that lord. He had enough of doing their bidding for the day and the male elf (he thought of himself as one though he were more daemon) wanted to collect a morsel to nibble upon.
