Again with male characters, this one is from a while back when I did a sketch dump of various character ideas. There's a ton of female Flareon characters out there, but what about the male population?
Enter Promethius, or "Prom" for short (Seriously, try spelling that when you're in second grade) Picked up by the PRR now working as an Offensive support member. The guy is quick-witted, and quick-footed, and his rare "angry" temperament comes as a shock compared to his shy and self-conscious nature, but dang does it give his fire attacks some mileage!
So yeah, he wants to be more masculine, but many have mistaken him as a chick from a distance. Not exactly the best trait of having fabulous hair...
