Just the other day my new phone froze up on me. Tried a soft reset, got this message.
Tried a HARD reset, same thing! Totally sucks!
It's under warranty so I just got back from the Verizon store and they are sending me a new one tomorrow. The people at the store didn't even know this was possible.
Oh yeah, the "any key" would be the volume, power, or the camera button XD
Almost as bad as the computers we used in high school:
"Keyboard not found, press F2 to continue"
