Happy New Year to all, and I hope the start of your year has been treating you well. I deeply appreciate each of you who've continued to support me and my work during this lull in posting and sharing.

I'm wanting to find more ways of interacting and collaborating with my Patron community here, and after mulling it over and considering inspiration from some other sources, I thought it would be fun to do a collaborative process with all of you on building up a story to work on. If this is something that is fun for all of you, I may consider doing more like these in the future tied to reaching milestones here as celebration events we can all participate in.

So, without further ado, let's kick off the first "Build-A-Story"! I'm excited to see what you all will come up with.

Each question will be posted; from those I'll pick a range of responses (3-5; depending on number of suggestions), and then I'll make a poll of those for you all to vote on which one our story moves forward with.

Please keep your responses to 140 characters or less. That's the maximum number of characters I can put in a poll option.

Only one suggestion per person per round.

First Question: Who is the protagonist/focus of our story?

This story will most likely be TF-focused, so feel free to provide physical description of the character, personality, profession, etc., but please do not include possible scenarios or triggers in your response. [Those will be for later polls. ;)]

No real people will be considered.

I'll close gathering ideas for this on THURSDAY JANUARY 5th at 12 PM PST.

Hello all,

It's been far too long since my last update here! Looking back and seeing that my last journal here was from over a year ago, I know I've definitely needed to get things back on track. The last few years have been seriously tough and testing ones for me. Navigating the whole (still-ongoing) roller coaster of the pandemic alongside personal matters had left me feeling particularly drained creatively. There just wasn't enough left in the tank to help keep the spark of my muse sustained as I was figuring out how to survive in the new rules of the world. In that time, I've been taking steps to maintain and improve my mental well-being, and in these past few weeks, I've been starting to feel closer to my old self again. I'm wanting to get back to posting and sharing stories with all of you. I want to continue to grow my craft at your side.

To everyone who has been continuing to favorite, comment, and show support toward me and my work during this time, you are all amazing and incredible. Thank you so much for taking the time to dive into these worlds for a little while with me and cheer as loudly as you have.

Hey everyone!

I wanted to give heads-up regarding some changes which will be happening to my commission rates in the near future. After a great deal of consideration and introspection, I've come to the conclusion that my current rates are not reflective of the amount of time I put into creating my custom pieces for others. It's important that I honor the full value of my time and skills as a creator, and move forward understanding that creating works for others budgets against my time and energy to progress my own original projects..

My hope is that adjustment in this plan will allow me to have more time available to continue developing my original works to share with all of you here while still taking on commissions without suffering a decrease in income.

My proposed changes would be as follows:

- Moving from an operating rate of $40/1000 words for original work to $200/1000 words
- Moving from an operating rate of $30/1000 words for editing to $100/1000 words

These updated price points are referenced from entry level freelance writing pricing gauged from various sites. This commission rate change will go into effect on June 1st, 2021.

I do understand this price change will affect the ability of a majority of users to partake in commissioning my work in the future. Please note that until that date commissions accepted before that time will be processed at the current rate, so if you'd like to get the opportunity to commission a project from me please feel free to send a note for consideration. I will be expanding my current queue to accommodate additional requests in this transition time. My goal will be to complete all/as many projects to the best of my ability before the cut off to ensure a smooth transition.

Other options for support beyond commissioning will still continue to exist through pledges of support on my Patreon page and other non-fiscal based efforts.

Part of my growth is in enacting such a change is also striving to develop and maintain a professional level of service and etiquette for my commissioners to value the support they provide by allowing me to render their ideas.

If you have any questions about these changes, please comment below and I will answer them at my earliest convenience.

I want to first start out by saying thank you so much to everyone who has chosen to commission stories from me over the past few months. It has been an amazing experience getting to bring all of your ideas to life and I'm grateful for all of the faves, comments, and heartfelt notes many of you have sent my way after viewing my work. After some personal reflection I believe that now is a good time to implement a price adjustment on my current commission prices along with offering a new experimental option for future commissions to broaden my range as a writer. In my effort to maintain full transparency, the changes will be as follows:

- Original Writing: $30 --> $40/1000 words
- Editing: $25 --> $30/1000 words
- Removal of my "Explicit Sexual Scenes and Content" Disclaimer from "What will you NOT Write?"
- Addition of new NSFW Original Writing Commission option at $80/1000.

I understand that there is a diverse range of interest within the furry community, and it is my intention with the new NSFW option offered to maintain the same high level quality of storytelling those of you who watch my page enjoy. These changes will occur after the 4 additional slots I've added onto my current commission queue have been filled to allow those who may have been considering a commission to get the opportunity to hopefully do so at my current pricing.

As I've been slowly working at maintaining some semblance of a regular posting schedule, I wanted to reach out today to ask a quick question to all of you:

When choosing to stop by and view someone's writing, what is the thing that first engages you with the writing?

1. An interesting thumbnail image?
2. Detailed synopsis of the story?
3. Having the text immediately available to read within submission box as opposed to having downloadable copy?

I've seen other writers put their full stories in the submission box, and I'm uncertain if that's the preference for many when it comes to reading/engaging with material here on FA. Does it make it too clunky to put supplementary info at the end of it? What are your preferences when choosing to read something online?

It can feel challenging at times getting literature to stand out on a platform predominantly geared towards visual work, so please comment with your insights on this matter below. I look forward to gathering your feedback as I attempt to improve the presentation of my story submissions.

Hello watchers!

It's been a long time since my last update, so I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There's been quite a bit of change going on lately as we draw closer towards the end of this year.

I recently left my previous job as it was not a favorable environment for my long term mental health. During this time I have also been working at developing some of my knowledge related to game development and design to potentially incorporate gameplay elements into future story ideas/settings. I'm playing around with a few ideas of what that might look like and will comment more about that in the near future.

“Wolf Boy” and associated projects are still in the works. I am organizing a posting schedule to get updates back on track to those of you who have been patiently waiting.
