TOSTigenki's Terms of Service

Requirements before commissioning
- A ref sheet of your character. For simple designs, any image of the character with their markings and colours on display will do.
Rules:
-I only accept Paypal for payment.
- Commissions will be announced through journals or gallery submissions. Outside of these times, I am not open unless otherwise stated.
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason. If I do so, you will be noted and fully refunded.
- When the initial sketch is completed, I will send it to you for review. All changes to the pose, expression and character must be requested at this time. When the image is complete, only minor changes will be made upon request unless it is an error by me, such as forgotten or incorrect markings or colours, ect.
- You may request a refund at any time, and I will refund you a percentage of your payment based on the work completed.
- If you cancel the commission, I reserve the right to use the sketch for future projects, such as a YCH.
- No refunds once the piece is completed.
- NSFW commissions are for individuals ages 18 or over. NSFW gift commissions require both the commissioner and recipient to be aged 18 or over. If I have any reason to suspect otherwise, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.
- I reserve the right to post my work online, including but not limited to FurAffinity, Twitter, Facebook, Deviantart, ect. unless the client specifically requests otherwise before the commission is finished.
- I reserve the right to watermark and/or sign my work. These may not be removed or altered to the point that they are illegible. The placement of these watermarks and signatures is at the discretion of the artist, Tigenki.
What I won't draw:
- Scat
- Watersports
- Diapers
- Babyfur
- Humans
- Complex Machinery & Architecture (Ask if unsure, minor or simple things may be okay!)
- Excessive visible muscles. (Think extreme body builders. Ask if unsure.)
What I will draw:
- Most anything else. Please check my 'won't draw' list at the time of commissioning to see if anything new has been added. I may have forgotten to add something at this time of writing.
Payment:
- Once your commission request has been made and approved, I will send you an invoice. Payment must be sent within 30 days from the initial request or the commission will be considered cancelled and must be resubmitted.
Reupload policy:
- ONLY the commissioner has my permission to upload the piece to their account.
- Credit MUST be given.
Adopts:
- Once bought, you may make any changes to the adopt that you desire. This includes, but is not limited to, colours, markings, name, gender and orientation.
- You may only resell the adopt for the price you paid unless it comes with more art.
- If the adopt is resold, I would love to know who the new owner is, but this is not mandatory. :)

Shading is €5 extra.
For this icon I need to know:
- The character you want drawn
- The drink they will be having (And the cup/glass type if specifically desired)
- The colour/shape of their tongue (If not on the ref sheet, otherwise it will be assumed to be a normally shaped pink tongue.)
- The shape in their eyes (Stars, hearts, dilated pupils, ect)
A reference for the character in question must be provided. |
